Orders & Payment
Purchasing products on our website is simple:
- Find the product you would like to purchase. We have a variety of items to purchase and you can browse by category or enter in a search term if you are looking for something specific.
- Select the quantity you require. All products default to a single purchase. You may type any amount in the quantity bar should the stock be available.
- Click the add to cart button. You can then either continue to shop or proceed to checkout.
- During checkout, you may log into your existing account or create a new one.
- Complete your delivery details and select a delivery zone.
- You may also add any gift codes or vouchers you would like to use on your order. Kindly note that multiple coupons cannot be used in conjunction with each other and are not applicable to sale items.
- Finally, select place order where you will be redirected to Payfast, a secure payment gateway to complete your transaction.

Good Women was created to bring together a multitude of brands under one roof. So whether you choose to shop from one brand, or multiple brands, you will still only incur a single shipping fee and a single parcel will be delivered from us to your loving home.
We only accept payment during checkout where you will be directed to Payfast, a secure online payment solution.
You will be able to pay via credit card, debit card or EFT.
You may choose to cancel your order or items within your order up to the point where it has collected by the courier company. We will then contact you to arrange a replacement, refund or store credit for your items.
Shipping & Delivery
Good Women offers two standard fees based on your location within the Republic of South Africa.
Main Centre – R85
- Cape Town
- Port Elizabeth
- East London
Rest of South Africa – R99
We make use of multiple courier services to give you the best competitive delivery rates.
For main center orders, kindly allow 2-3 working days for your items to be delivered.
For all other orders, please allow 4-5 working days and up to 7 working days if you are in a remote area.
Once your order has been collected by the courier company, we will send you an email with the courier company name as well as a tracking number in order to locate your shipment.
Returns & Refunds
Based on the nature of products sold on Good Women, we do not offer any returns, refunds or exchanges for the following products:
- Perishable goods
- Health and beauty products
- Products personalized or customized specifically by order

While we do our best to ensure that your items are safely packaged when shipping them out, we do understand that things can happen.
Should anything in your order arrive damaged or broken, please contact us immediately at email@example.com.
If your item was purchased on sale and does not fall within any of the categories detailed above, your refund or store credit will reflect the reduced amount paid at the time of placing your order.
Once your refund has been approved. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process payment. It may reflect sooner based on your bank.
If we no longer have stock of a product, it will reflect so on the item or the item may be removed from our website.

You may use any gift cards or coupon codes specifically generated for the Good Women website.
You will be presented with a coupon code field in your cart and during checkout. You must fill in these fields to be eligible for the discount.
Any orders placed without a coupon code or gift voucher, will only be able to use it again in their next shop.
